• Additional Services: Services accessible only through Account registration, which may require fees.

• Basic Services: Services available without Account registration.

• Content: Any files, data, material, or information submitted or uploaded by you.

• Platform: The “Nexus” platform, and any associated applications, websites, or tools operated by LowFloatTrading.

• Services: All applications, products, services, software, and documentation made available by LowFloatTrading through the Platform.

• User Data: All data relating to your use of the Services, including contact information, usage settings, and submitted text.

• We, Us, Our, or LFT: Refers to LowFloatTrading.

• You, Your, or Customer: Refers to you or your authorized legal entity accessing or using the Services.

2. Use of Services

You may access the Services solely for your personal, educational, and non-commercial use. Accessing or using the Services does not confer any ownership or proprietary rights.

We may, without notice, update, suspend, or discontinue any portion of the Services at our sole discretion.

The Services are intended only for individuals aged 18 years or older. If you are under 18, you are prohibited from accessing the Services.

3. Registration and Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials and for all activities conducted under your Account.

You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and current information during registration and to maintain the accuracy of such information.

You may delete your Account at any time. However, we reserve the right to retain certain information as necessary to comply with legal obligations or to enforce our rights.

4. Collection and Use of User Data

You consent to the collection, use, and sharing of User Data for purposes including performance improvement, analytics, security, and marketing, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

If you do not consent, you should not create an Account or use the Services.

5. Communications

By using the Services, you consent to receive communications from us, including but not limited to emails, text messages, push notifications, and calls.

You may unsubscribe at any time, but doing so may impact your ability to fully use the Services.

6. No Financial Advice Disclaimer

LowFloatTrading, Nexus, our Discord server “LowFloatTrading”, and any associated entities are NOT registered investment advisors, brokers, dealers, or financial professionals.

All information, content, and materials provided through our Services are for entertainment and educational purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, trading, or legal advice.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• You alone are responsible for your trading, betting, and investment decisions.

• You should seek advice from a licensed financial professional before making any investment decision.

• All use of information from our Platform is at your own risk.

7. Risk Disclosure

Trading and investing involve substantial risk. You should never invest more than you can afford to lose. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

You acknowledge that:

• There is a risk of losing all of your investment.

• Simulated or hypothetical performance results do not reflect actual trading and may not account for market factors like liquidity or slippage.

• You bear sole responsibility for assessing the risks involved.

WE ACCEPT NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR ANY DIRECT OR INDIRECT LOSSES, DAMAGES, OR EXPENSES YOU MAY INCUR BY RELYING ON INFORMATION PROVIDED.

8. Nexus Auto-Trading Disclaimer

If you use the Nexus platform to execute trades through a broker, you do so entirely at your own risk.

By using Nexus:

• You acknowledge that trades are initiated with your explicit authorization.

• You accept all risks associated with automated and manual trading.

• LowFloatTrading is not liable for any losses, errors, or disruptions, regardless of cause.

Risk management features are available but are your responsibility to configure and manage.

9. Third-Party Links

Our Services may include links to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, security, privacy, or practices of any third-party site.

Your access and use of third-party sites are at your own risk.

10. Forex Risk Disclaimer

Foreign exchange trading carries significant risk and may not be suitable for all investors. Before participating, you should assess your objectives, experience, and risk appetite.

We are not responsible for any losses incurred while trading forex products. Always seek independent advice before making any trading decision.

11. Fees, Charges, and Refund Policy

All digital products and services are deemed “used” upon purchase and initial access. All sales are final and non-refundable.

LowFloatTrading reserves the right to modify service fees, terms, or product offerings at any time without notice.

Auto-renewal terms apply unless canceled at least two (2) days before the end of the billing cycle.

12. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY.

IN NO EVENT SHALL LOWFLOATTRADING BE LIABLE FOR:

• INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES,

• LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION,

• TRADING LOSSES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE U.S. DOLLAR (US $1.00).

These limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LowFloatTrading, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of:

• Your use of the Services,

• Your violation of these Terms,

• Your violation of any rights of a third party.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or restrict your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, without prior notice.

Upon termination, your rights to access the Services cease immediately.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Any disputes arising under or related to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Nevada.

16. Force Majeure

LowFloatTrading shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform resulting from causes outside of our reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, network failures, or force majeure events.

17. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates become effective upon posting. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any supplemental agreements you may enter into, constitute the entire agreement between you and LowFloatTrading regarding the Services.
